NN went public in 1994 with a post stock split price of $6.22 per share of common stock

NN is building an industrial precision components business that has multiple industrial segments and a contra cyclical balance between early, mid and late economic cycles.
All of the components NN produces have high precision tolerances measured in microns or a fraction of a micron. A micron is approximately 1/70th the width of a human hair.
$0.07 per share common stock per quarter
Dividends are paid on a quarterly basis.
