Richard D. Holder
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rich Holder was named President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2013. Prior to joining NN, he held a variety of leadership positions at Eaton Corporation, a diversified global leader in power management and electrical systems. He most recently served as President of Eaton Electrical Components, a division of Eaton’s electrical sector. Other leadership positions at Eaton include his roles as Executive Vice President of Eaton Business System, Vice President and General Manager of the power distribution and assemblies division, and Vice President of supply chain and operational excellence. Prior to joining Eaton, Holder served as director of aircraft and technical purchasing for US Airways and also held a variety of leadership positions at AlliedSignal and Parker Hannifin.
Matthew S. Heiter
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Matt Heiter joined NN in July 2015 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining NN, he was a shareholder in the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C., where he served as chair of the firm’s Securities Practice Group. Heiter is a graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and has earned numerous honors while in private practice, including being listed in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA.
J. Robbie Atkinson
Executive Vice President, Life Sciences
Robbie Atkinson joined NN in 2014 and was appointed Executive Vice President of the Life Sciences group in 2018. He most recently served as Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations. Upon joining the company, he served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer & Investor Relations. Prior to joining NN, Atkinson had been with Regions Bank, where he most recently served as a Vice President in Regions Corporate Bank Group. Prior to that position, he served as Vice President of business services. Atkinson also served as a project coordinator for the Electrical Group of Eaton Corporation. Atkinson is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals and earned his certified treasury professional designation.
Christopher J. Qualters
Executive Vice President, Power Solutions
Chris Qualters was appointed Executive Vice President of the Power Solutions group in 2018, and previously served as the Company’s Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Qualters joined NN as part of the Autocam acquisition in 2014, where he served as Vice President of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Autocam in 2008, he held several leadership positions in sales, marketing and product management at Robert Bosch. From 1990 to 2000, he held the position of sales engineer at The Torrington Company, where he was responsible for anti-friction bearing solutions for the general industrial and automotive industries. Qualters holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Passionate about STEM education, he has been an active supporter of Grand Valley State University’s engineering school and the FIRST robotics program.
Warren A. Veltman
Executive Vice President, Mobile Solutions
Warren Veltman was appointed Executive Vice President of the Mobile Solutions group in 2018. Veltman joined NN in 2014 as part of the Autocam acquisition and most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Autocam Precision Components Group. Prior to the acquisition, Veltman served as Chief Financial Officer of Autocam Corporation from 1990 and secretary and treasurer since 1991, until NN acquired the company in 2014. Prior to Autocam, he was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.
D. Gail Nixon
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Gail Nixon joined NN in 2007 and was appointed Senior Vice President of Human Relations in 2018. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources as well as Corporate Human Resources Manager. Nixon is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work and has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation. From 2000-2007, she held various accounting and human resources positions with a multi-state healthcare organization, ultimately serving as its corporate human resources director.
